Provide assistance to small and mid-size companies by:

- establishing a volunteer consultant process where
business professionals in the Diaspora can assist local
business owners with management, financing,
marketing, sales, operations, production,
human resources, and product development.
- providing information and opportunities for financing

Promote an increase in direct foreign investment by:

- providing information about investment opportunities
as well as investment environment in Africa.
- helping national investment agencies to present their
countries investment opportunities.
